The Belt Misalignment Guard is specifically designed for installation at locations on a conveyor belt system where misalignment switches are situated; a pair of misalignment switch enclosures is mounted on the two sides of the guard.

Functions:

1. Provides clearance for the outward pivoting of the misalignment switch’s roller arm.

2. Protects the misalignment switch from rain and precipitation.

3. The front of the misalignment switch enclosure features an access door, facilitating convenient maintenance and replacement of the misalignment switch.

Misalignment Switch Hood: Specifically designed for installation at locations on a conveyor belt system where misalignment switches are present, featuring a pair of misalignment switch enclosures mounted on either side of the hood.

Functions:

  1. Provides clearance for the roller arms of the misalignment switches to swing outward.
  2. Protects the misalignment switches from rain and precipitation.
  3. The front of the switch enclosures features an access door that can be opened, facilitating convenient maintenance and replacement of the misalignment switches.
